Open Board Positions

Join our leadership team and help shape the future of Redmond Little League!

We currently have the following open positions available:

• President – Provides overall leadership, presides over board meetings, and represents the league with the community and Little League International.
• Vice President – Supports the President, oversees daily operations, and steps in when the President is unavailable.
• Director of Baseball – Oversees all baseball divisions, coordinates with managers and coaches, and ensures smooth operation of the season.
• Director of Softball – Oversees all softball divisions, provides guidance for coaches, and manages scheduling and program growth.
• Softball Player Agent – Acts as the liaison for players and families, runs player assessments, helps moderate the draft, and answers parent questions about the correct division of play prior to assessments.
• Fundraising Coordinator – Organizes fundraisers and sponsorships to support league operations and keep player costs affordable.
• Safety Officer – Ensures compliance with safety regulations, oversees safety training, and maintains first-aid and emergency procedures.
