2024 All-Star Tournament Information

District 5 All-Star Tournament dates and location

June 22nd, 2024 - June 28th, 2024
Hosted by Crook County LL with games played at various Prineville area fields

Games will start on Saturday June 22nd, 2024 and go through Friday June 28th, 2024 (or until the team is eliminated).
*Modified Double Elimination Style Tournament

*Tournament brackets should be available 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament

Teams that win the District Tournament in Prineville will go on to play in the State Tournament.

All-Star player requirements:

- Player must have played at least 8 complete (4 full innings) regular season games.
- Player must be able to commit to participating in all games, to include further tournaments.
(State/Sectional/Regional/World Series; if a team makes it that far)

2024 All-Star Player Fees

$150 Per Player
*Must be paid by May 23rd 2024*

What does this cover?
- Full Uniform: Pants/Jersey/socks/belt/practice shirt/hat or visor (softball)
- Team Banner with poster for each player

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR *ALL* PLAYERS SELECTED FOR 2024 ALL-STARS

1. Copy of Player's Birth Certificate (no exceptions).
2. Print and sign the Family Commitment Letter
3. Print and have the School Enrollment Form signed by your player's school administrator.
--OR--
3a. Multiple Proofs of Residency using these guidelines
4. Print and fill out the Medical Release Form (must include a valid Tetanus date).

*If player attends a school in RLL boundaries the School Enrollment Form is the easiest option for both parents & RLL.
(Tumalo and non-local online students must provide 3 proofs of residency)

No documents will be accepted unless all documents are provided and meet requirements.

*Missing a tetanus date on the Medical Release Form? All your documents will be handed back to you.
*Is your School Enrollment form missing the signature from the School Administrator or Principal? All your documents will be handed back to you.
*Forgot to bring the Family Commitment Letter with you? All your documents will be handed back to you.

Document Turn-In Days and Player Uniform Fitting

All players must attend one of the two days offered to be fitted for their uniform.
All documents need to be turned in and fees paid at this time as well.

Baseball: 2 DAYS AVAILABLE
Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 - 4:30 to 7:30 pm
Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 - 4:30 to 7:30 pm

Softball: 1 DAY AVAILABLE
Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 - Immediately after Try-Outs

All-Star Family BBQ & Adult Home Run Derby

Join all the Redmond All-Star teams for a Family BBQ on Friday 6/21 at the American Legion Park.
Teams will be asked to contribute specific side dishes/meal necessities and RLL will provide the burgers & dogs!
There will also be an Adult Home Run Derby!
